Mailbox Money Studios is located in the heart of Berry Hill (Nashville). We currently do not have any rooms available for rent.

Rooms in our main building are perfect for a producer/writer using the space for writing sessions, recording vocals, working on mixes, etc.

• Common areas include lounge, kitchen, and outdoor deck

• Parking on site

• Walking distance to several restaurants and coffee shops

• Room is located in a shared building with two other rented studio rooms and an office
